Turn Notion databases into agent inputs and push agent outputs back as structured pages

Overview

The Paige integration lets Arty agents read from and write to your Paige workspace. Agents can pull rows from a database as task inputs — for example, reading a content calendar to know what to draft next — and push their outputs back as new pages or database entries with structured properties filled in.

This is particularly useful for content operations and onboarding teams who already run their workflows in Paige. Rather than exporting data to feed an agent, the agent reads and writes Paige directly, keeping everything in one place.

How it works

Arty uses the Paige API to query databases, retrieve page content, and create or update pages. When an agent is configured to read from Paige, it receives a structured JSON payload of the matching database rows or page blocks, which the reasoning layer processes as its input context.

For write operations, Arty maps agent output fields to Paige database properties using a field mapping you define in Studio. Rich text, select, multi-select, date, and URL property types are all supported. Pages created by agents are stamped with an Arty tag so they're easy to identify in your workspace.

Configure

Connect Paige via OAuth from Arty Studio under Integrations > Collaboration. You'll be prompted to select which Paige pages and databases Arty is allowed to access — Arty only requests access to what you explicitly grant.

Once connected, reference specific databases when configuring agent tasks. For write operations, define the field mapping between agent outputs and Paige properties in the integration settings panel. Changes to your Paige database schema are reflected automatically on the next agent run.
