Sync lead intelligence and onboarding agents with your HubSpot contacts and pipeline
Overview
Connecting Orbit CRM gives Arty's Lead Intelligence agents read and write access to your contacts, companies, and deals. Agents can enrich new contacts with firmographic data, score leads based on behavioural signals, and update deal stages — all without anyone touching the CRM manually.
The integration also powers onboarding automation: when a deal moves to Closed Won, Arty can trigger a structured onboarding workflow, create a new contact record for the primary stakeholder, and schedule the first check-in task in Orbit CRM automatically.
How it works
Arty uses the Orbit CRM API v3 for all contact, company, and deal operations. Agent runs that write to Orbit CRM create or update records using upsert logic — if a contact already exists by email, Arty updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
Orbit CRM workflow triggers can also be used to invoke Arty agents. When a contact meets a workflow enrolment criteria in Orbit CRM, a webhook fires to Arty, which kicks off the configured agent run and returns enriched data back to Orbit CRM via the API.
Configure
Connect Orbit CRM via OAuth from Arty Studio under Integrations > CRM. Select which Orbit CRM portal to connect if you manage multiple. Arty will request only the scopes needed for the agent categories you have active.
Field mappings between Arty's enrichment outputs and your Orbit CRM contact and deal properties are configured in the integration settings panel. Custom properties are supported — Arty will read your Orbit CRM schema on connect and make all custom fields available for mapping.
